Committed
Series (with Monique or guest teachers)
Taught by Monique Léger. Commitment and payment for
classes required. 100$ for 5 classes*.

2:30-5:30 pm: Guest teachers tbd. Commitment and payment for classes
required. 60$ for 3 classes*
Special class with Judith Koltai, December 5th, 10:00am - 4:00pm

Authentic Movement Workshops
We seek to evolve in our Authentic Movement experiences at our own rate.
New or experienced movers all benefit from workshops.

One Sunday Morning each month, 9:30-noon, $5 (Ottawa)
These group practices are open to those having had some experience or an Introductory Workshop.
If you are interested, and are new to the group,
but have had experience elsewhere,
